How long does it take to set up TradingSyncX?

Most users complete the setup in under 10 minutes. This includes creating an account, installing the EA, and connecting TradingView.

Does the EA have access to withdraw my funds?

No, absolutely not. Our EA can only execute trades (buy/sell orders). It has no capability to withdraw funds, transfer money, or access your broker account settings.

What brokers are supported?

TradingSyncX works with any MT5 broker worldwide. Our EA is broker-agnostic and has been tested with over 50 brokers.

Can I use TradingSyncX on a VPS?

Yes! In fact, we recommend running MT5 and our EA on a VPS for 24/7 operation and minimal latency.

What happens if my internet goes down?

If you are running on a VPS, your trades will continue. If running locally, the EA will reconnect automatically when your connection is restored.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings > Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
