We believe in our product and are confident it will meet your trading automation needs. However, we understand that sometimes things don't work out as expected.

Eligibility for Refund

You ARE Eligible If:

  • You request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase
  • This is your first purchase with TradingSyncX
  • You have not previously received a refund from us
  • Your subscription is active (not already cancelled)

You Are NOT Eligible If:

  • More than 14 days have passed since your purchase
  • You have previously received a refund for another subscription
  • Your account was terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • You purchased during a promotional discount and are requesting a full-price refund

Subscription Types

Monthly Plans

Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase.

Yearly Plans

Full refund within 14 days. After 14 days, prorated refund at our discretion.

Lifetime Plans

Full refund within 14 days. No refunds after 14 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at refunds@tradingsyncx.com or use our support page
  2. Provide Details: Include your account email and reason for the refund (optional but helpful)
  3. Confirmation: We will confirm receipt within 24 hours
  4. Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  5. Account Status: Your subscription will be cancelled upon refund approval

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days
  • Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

After Your Refund

  • Your subscription and account access will be terminated
  • The EA license will be deactivated
  • Trade history data will be retained for 30 days, then deleted
  • You may re-subscribe in the future (without another trial)

Copy Trading & Remote Control

Refunds for subscriptions that include copy trading and remote control features follow the same 14-day policy. Please note:

  • Refunds do not cover trading losses incurred through copy trading
  • We are not liable for losses from copied signals or remote-controlled trades
  • Refund eligibility is based on the subscription purchase date, not when you started using copy trading or remote control

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We encourage you to fully test our service — including copy trading and remote control — during this period before committing to a paid subscription. This helps ensure TradingSyncX is the right fit for your trading needs, whether you are a beginner, fund manager, or prop firm.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Suspected fraud or abuse
  • Multiple refund requests from the same individual
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first
