Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TradingSyncX ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers.

2. Description of Service

TradingSyncX provides a trading signal automation service that:

• Receives webhook alerts from TradingView
• Processes and forwards signals to MetaTrader 5 via our Expert Advisor (EA)
• Provides trade monitoring through our dashboard and Telegram bot
• Offers analytics and performance tracking
• Enables copy trading to mirror trades from signal providers to follower accounts
• Provides remote control of MT5 accounts through the web dashboard

Our service is designed for all levels of traders, including beginners, retail traders, fund managers, and prop trading firms.

3. Account Registration

To use TradingSyncX, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may be subject to taxes

4.2 Free Trial

• New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial
• No credit card is required for the trial period
• Trial accounts have full access to all features

4.3 Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Overwhelm our servers with excessive requests
• Use the Service to manipulate markets
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
• Use copy trading to mislead followers about your trading performance
• Use the remote control feature to access accounts you are not authorized to manage

6. Intellectual Property

TradingSyncX and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TradingSyncX and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our Expert Advisor (EA) is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the EA according to your subscription plan.

7. Copy Trading & Remote Control

7.1 Copy Trading

• Copy trading allows users to automatically replicate trades from signal providers
• Signal providers are not employees or agents of TradingSyncX
• Past performance of any signal provider is not indicative of future results
• You are solely responsible for choosing which providers to follow
• TradingSyncX does not guarantee the accuracy or profitability of any signal provider

7.2 Remote Control

• Remote control enables you to manage MT5 accounts from the web dashboard
• You are responsible for all actions taken through remote control
• Remote control sessions are logged for security and audit purposes
• TradingSyncX is not liable for trades executed through remote control

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Suspend service temporarily for emergency maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TradingSyncX shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Signal delays or failures
• Broker execution issues
• Internet connectivity problems
• Third-party service failures (TradingView, MT5, etc.)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradingSyncX, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Abuse our support team or other users

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
